随着信息时代的到来,各个高校信息化建设逐步加快,高校校园环境、工作方式、服务等都发生了变化。随着我国网络和数字化技术的发展,为给教学和科研带来更多便捷的服务,我国高校图书馆也逐渐融入了信息化技术,构建了与时代紧密相连的电子图书馆,收藏各种电子出版物,并建立电子阅览室。随着电子图书馆的发展,其服务功能越来越多,管理也越来越复杂,又由于信息化技术的引进使一些先进的服务管理理念无法落实,导致电子图书馆的服务显得不够先进而无法发挥电子图书和电子阅览室的真正效用。本文主要从电子图书的概念和特点出发,研究了当前电子图书服务和管理需要注意的问题,并提出了我国高校电子图书服务管理的新举措。

With the development of electronic library, its service function is more and more, management is more and more complex, and because of the introduction of information technology, some advanced service management concepts can not be implemented, resulting in the service of electronic library is not advanced enough Unable to realize the true utility of electronic books and electronic reading rooms. Based on the concept and characteristics of e-books, this paper studies the problems that need attention in current e-book service and management, and puts forward some new measures for the management of e-books in colleges and universities in our country.
