夜不成眠,索性翻起书来。读到了《刘子》一书中对人才与教育方面的一些论述。可能由于多年从事职教工作的缘故,一接触到这方面的言论就很敏感也很感兴趣,一口气读了下去,颇有些感受,遂笔录下来算是读书心得吧! 《刘子》一书为何人所著?历来说法不一。有的说是萧梁时的刘勰,也有的说是北齐时的刘昼,迄今尚无定论。我们姑且不去管他。单就书中阐述人才与教育等方面的一些观点,今天读起来,对我们仍有启迪和借鉴意义。
