我国的科技在不断地革新为经济的发展提供了技术支持,无论是哪种企业都要积极响应经济发展政策进行外部与内部的职能转型,会计预算管理工作是每个企业都必须做好的一项重要管理工作。但是仍旧存在一些影响到企业工作正常开展的问题,本文根据笔者在进行管理预算的实际工作中所遇到的一些状况,来谈一谈其工作开展的思路以及具体的改进措施。
