为了能增强会计预算方面管理工作的质量,工作人员要能了解会计预算环节存在的不足,并根据实际会计预算工作的开展情况而制定出符合工作需要的对策。本文就会计预算方面的管理工作实际开展中的思路以及相应的强化措施进行了分析。
In order to enhance the quality of the management work in the accounting budget, the staff members should be able to understand the deficiencies in the accounting budget section and formulate measures that meet the needs of the work according to the actual accounting budget. In this paper, the accounting budget management practices in the actual implementation of the ideas and the corresponding measures to strengthen the analysis.
