我国的法律援助服务起步较晚,法律援助提供类似于国外司法保障模式。海南的法律援助经过近二十年的发展,形成了较完善的法律援助制度体系。《海南法律援助规定》对法律援助的管理主体、实施主体及实施流程等各方面也作了较详尽的规定。除了法规中明确规定的法律援助提供方式外,海南还建立其他形式的法律援助服务提供制度。但就目前看来,海南的法律援助服务提供模式还存在一些问题,需要有相应的政策或举措加以解决。
The legal aid service in our country started relatively late, and the legal aid provides a model similar to that of the judicial administration in other countries. After nearly two decades of development, Hainan’s legal aid has formed a relatively complete legal aid system. The Hainan Legal Aid Regulation also provides more detailed provisions on the management body, implementation body and implementation process of legal aid. In addition to the legal aid provided by laws and regulations, Hainan also set up other forms of legal aid service provision. However, for now, there are still some problems in the mode of providing legal aid services in Hainan, and corresponding policies or measures need to be taken to solve them.
