我们倡导有效教学,但不主张无视历史沉淀下来的目前仍行之有效的教学设计思想和方案,更反对“邯郸学步”、一味追求某些所谓成功学校或成功人士的教学设计的现实或趋势。主张各地基于自己的教学文化沉淀和现实学情,将国家课程校本化,以更大限度地增强教学的有效性。我们主张教学设计要过滤不必教、教无用、不宜教的教学内容,又主张从怎样安排课堂流程、怎样布置作业、怎样进行教学评价等方面努力保障教学的有效性。
We advocate effective teaching. However, we do not advocate ignoring the current teaching and design ideas and programs that have remained precipitated by history. Instead, we oppose the reality or trend of the teaching design of some so-called successful schools or successful people. . Advocated all over based on their teaching and cultural precipitation and the reality of learning, the national curriculum school-based, to a greater extent to enhance the effectiveness of teaching. We advocate teaching design to filter unnecessary teaching, teaching useless, should not teach the teaching content, but also advocate from how to arrange the classroom process, how to arrange homework, how to carry out teaching evaluation and so on to ensure the effectiveness of teaching.
