目的对无症状心肌缺血心电图诊断效果进行研究。方法选取2016年4月~2017年4月我院收治的无症状心肌缺血患者78例作为研究组,对研究组患者进行心电图诊断,分析患者的诊断结果。结果研究组患者的心电图情况,符合心肌缺血性ST段低压发作者55例,所占比例70.51%;研究组患者共发生缺血性ST-T改变252阵次,其中症状性心肌缺血发生率明显低于无症状心肌缺血发生率,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无症状心肌缺血的临床诊断中使用心电图进行检查能够较为准确的判断患者病情状况,能够给为临床诊疗提供有
