目的对X线平片与多层螺旋CT用于诊断周围型肺癌的临床效果进行分析。方法将130例病理诊断结果显示周围型肺癌的患者设为我院本次研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,两组各65例患者,给予对照组患者采用X线平片的方式进行诊断,给予实验组患者采用多层螺旋CT的方式进行诊断,对两种诊断方法的准确率进行观察对比。结果实验组患者检查结果显示肺内病灶为72(91.13%)个,肺外病灶为74(97.36%)个,与病理检查结果相对比无显著差异,P>0.05;对照组患者的检查结果显示肺内病灶为65(84.41%
