目的建立一种全新的心包膜黏连模型。方法采用4只Beagle犬,于犬的第四和第五肋骨间隙开一手术创口,剪去3.0 cm×3.0 cm范围心包膜,用手术刀尖端在心肌上造3个竖形切口,于心包缺损面涂抹犬自身血液5 m L后进行5个点的假缝合即制成心包膜黏连模型。术前,术后1、2、4周行心电图、血液生化学检查,术后4周解剖动物观察心包膜与心肌表面、心包膜与左肺之间的黏连情况。结果4只动物术后恢复良好,无任何并发症,心电图、血液生化学检查均与术前比较无明显差异。与术前相比,术后4周解剖发现4只动物心包膜与心肌表面、心包膜与左肺之间的黏连严重,黏连程度为3级。结论此种Beagle犬心包膜黏连模型成立,可用于心包膜防黏连产品的功效评价。
Objective To establish a brand new pericardial adhesion model. Methods Four Beagle dogs were used to open a surgical wound on the fourth and fifth intervertebral space of dogs. The pericardium of 3.0 cm × 3.0 cm was excised and three vertical incisions were made on the myocardium with the tip of the scalpel. Defect surface smear dogs own blood 5 m L after 5 points of false suture that is made of pericardial adhesions model. Preoperative and postoperative 1, 2 and 4 weeks underwent electrocardiogram and blood biochemical examination. Anatomical animals were observed at 4 weeks after operation to observe the adhesions between pericardium and myocardium, pericardium and left lung. Results Four animals recovered well after operation without any complication. There was no significant difference in electrocardiogram and blood biochemical examination between the four animals and preoperative. Compared with the preoperative, 4 animals after 4 weeks of anatomy found that the pericardium and myocardium surface of 4 animals, pericardium and left lung between the adhesion, adhesion level 3. Conclusion The Beagle dog pericardial adhesion model established, can be used for pericardial anti-adhesion product evaluation.
