本文通过对祁东二中20名篮球队男队员进行分组实验,发现通过专项身体素质训练能提高青少年学生肌肉的力量与耐力,对学生身体协调性有促进作用,同时身体素质的加强能巩固投篮动作技术,提高投篮命中率,建议在抓好青少年篮球队员投篮技术的同时,要有针对性的加强身体素质训练,以便更好地提高投篮命中率。
Through the grouping experiments on the 20 basketball team men in Qidong II, this study found that through special physical fitness training, the muscle strength and stamina of young students can be improved, and the body coordination of students can be promoted. At the same time, the strengthening of physical quality can consolidate the shooting Action skills and improve the shooting rate, it is recommended that young basketball players do a good shot at the same time, we must strengthen the physical fitness training targeted to better improve shooting.
