目的:分析小油桐叶的石油醚萃取物成分。方法:采用GC-MS法分析小油桐叶的石油醚萃取物。结果:分析石油醚提取物得到76个峰,确定了其中46种化合物(占60.53%),其中含量占1%以上的有13种化合物,占所有化合物总量的74.99%。含量最为丰富的3种物质依次为:α-维生素E(24.68%)、谷甾醇(16.49%)、角鲨烯(8.93%)。此外,检测出小油桐叶还含有β、γ和δ3种构型的维生素E,维生素E的总相对含量高达29.11%。结论:小油桐叶富含多种生物活性成分,有较高的开发利用价值。
Objective: To analyze the composition of petroleum ether extract of Jatropha curcas leaves. Methods: The petroleum ether extract of P. fortunei leaves was analyzed by GC-MS. Results: The petroleum ether extract was analyzed to obtain 76 peaks, of which 46 compounds (60.53%) were identified. Among them, 13 compounds accounted for more than 1%, accounting for 74.99% of the total compounds. The three most abundant substances were ascorbic acid (24.68%), sitosterol (16.49%) and squalene (8.93%). In addition, it was detected that the leaves of P. canadensis also contained β, γ and δ3 kinds of vitamin E, the total relative content of vitamin E was as high as 29.11%. Conclusions: The leaves of Jatropha curcas are rich in many bioactive components and have high value for development and utilization.
