钢筋混凝土单层厂房柱头在强烈地震下常遭破坏,造成屋盖塌落。本文介绍了钢筋混凝土柱头抗震加固的试验研究结果。加固方法是在柱头外包以角钢与缀板组成的套子。通过加固与不加固试件的对比试验,考察当垂直荷载保持不变而水平荷载反复作用时柱头的工作性能及其强度。试验表明,柱头的加固效果与柱头的破坏形式有较大关系,当柱头将由劈裂破坏时,这种加固方法的效果最好。角钢包套能使柱头的开裂荷载和极限强度都得到一定程度的提高,同时由于包套的存在,限制了斜裂缝的扩展,避免了混凝土的散落,保持了柱头的完整性,使其仍有足够能力来承受屋架的垂直重量。根据试验结果文中提出了加固与不加固的钢筋混凝土柱头,在地震荷载作用下极限荷载的计算公式。
The stigma of a single-story reinforced concrete building is often destroyed under strong earthquakes, causing the roof to collapse. This paper introduces the experimental research results of seismic reinforcement of reinforced concrete stigma. The reinforcement method is to cover the column heads with a cover composed of angle steel and patch panels. Through contrast tests between reinforced and unreinforced specimens, the working performance and strength of the stigma when the vertical load remains unchanged and the horizontal load is repeatedly applied are examined. Tests have shown that the strengthening effect of the stigma has a great relationship with the destruction of the stigma. When the stigma is destroyed by the smashing, this reinforcement method works best. The angle steel wrap can increase the cracking load and ultimate strength of the stigma to some extent. At the same time, due to the presence of the wrap, the expansion of the oblique crack is limited, the scattering of the concrete is avoided, and the integrity of the stigma is maintained, so that it still has Sufficient ability to withstand the vertical weight of the truss. According to the experimental results, the reinforced concrete stigma with or without reinforcement is proposed in the paper. The calculation formula of ultimate load under the action of earthquake loads is proposed.
