本文较全面地介绍了双辊连铸薄带技术及在M2高速钢中的应用研究。结果表明用双辊连铸法可制造出1~5mm厚的M2钢薄带,其组织与常规工艺生产的M2钢薄带相比显著细化。经处理后制成的机用锯条进行了银切试验,取得满意结果。
In this paper, a more comprehensive introduction of the twin-roll casting strip technology and its application in M2 high-speed steel. The results show that 1 ~ 5mm thick M2 steel strip can be produced by twin-roll continuous casting method. The microstructure of M2 strip is remarkably refined compared with the M2 steel strip produced by conventional process. After processing the blade made of silver machine cut test, and achieved satisfactory results.
