领导是没有男女之分的。不同之处在于,在爬到这个位置上的过程里面,女性会比较辛苦企业核心管理层女性之所以少,她们有两大欠缺。一个是社会文化大环境的欠缺,女性本身对于成功有潜意识的抗拒,害怕成功。女性追求成功并不像男性追求成功那样被鼓励。女性成功以后可能害怕自己不被接受,觉得自己会被排斥.觉得自己会失去女性的一些特征。
Leadership is not divided between men and women.
