展望21世纪,以高新技术为核心的知识经济将逐步占经济发展的主导地位,人力资源的重要性将远远高于以往任何时代。1999年6月5日,国务院正式对北京市政府、国家科学技术部关于建设中关村科技园区的请示予以批复,决定加快中关村科技园区的建设。海淀区要建设成中国的硅谷。这种变化会给教育带来前所未有的机遇与挑战正是在这样的背景下,我们走访了海淀区教委主管幼教的刘惠敏同志。 走进刘惠敏同志的办公室,映入眼帘的是装满各种书籍的落地书柜,茶几上摆放着一盆绿色的观赏植物,红色绒布覆盖的电脑放置在屋子的角落处。窗台上小白瓷瓶中插着一株小红花一切都显得那么雅致、明快,更衬托出女主人干练、洒脱的风格。话题就从海淀中关村科技园区开始了。
