数字减影血管造影术(Digital Subtraction Angi0graphy,DSA)是近几年发展起来的影像诊断技术。此法是将x线影像转换成二进制数构成的数字影像,并由计算机进行各种加工处理。应用这种技术能大大提高对低浓度造影剂的检测能力(可检出2%的碘浓度),并能同时获得形态和功能信息,为心脏的影像诊断提供了一种侵入性小的方法。其在心血管形态学检查方面已有比较成熟的经验,对心功能的检测在近年也备受重视,本文对此方面的近况作一介绍。 1检查方法按造影剂注入途径不同分三种。①外周静脉法:从肘静脉注入,造影剂用量40~50ml,注入速度要求10~15ml/秒以上(可同时行双例肘静脉注射,以加快注入速度),延迟3~5秒取像。②中心静脉法:从肘静脉或
