2007年4月份民航总局运输司、各地区管理局、民航总局消费者事务中心和中国航空运输协会共受理消费者投诉78件。其中有效投诉23件,无效投诉55件。有效投诉中,信函投诉16件,电话投诉6件,网上投诉1件。对航空公司的有效投诉14件,对机场的有效投诉3件,对销售代理人的有效投诉6件。有效投诉与去年同期(51件)相比减少28件,与上月(31件)相比减少8件。
In April 2007, the Civil Aviation Administration of Transportation Department, the Regional Administration, the Civil Aviation Administration Consumer Affairs Center and the China Air Transport Association handled a total of 78 consumer complaints. There were 23 effective complaints and 55 invalid complaints. In the effective complaint, there were 16 complaint letters, 6 complaint complaints and 1 complaint online. 14 effective complaints against airlines, 3 effective complaints against the airport and 6 effective complaints against sales agents. The number of valid complaints decreased by 28 compared with the same period last year (51) and decreased by 8 compared with the previous month (31).
