为探讨胃癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF)及微血管密度(Microvessel density MVD)的关系,本文应用免疫组化S-P法对40例胃癌及20例正常胃组织中VEGF及MVD作了检测。结果表明:1、正常胃组织中VEGF表达全部阴性。胃癌组织中VEGF阳性表达率为62.5%,VEGF的表达与细胞组织学分级及淋巴结转移有显著差异(P<0.05)。2、在胃癌组织中VEGF的阳性表达和MVD值高低与有无淋巴结转移差异显著(P<0.05),呈正相关(P<0.05)。而和细胞组织学分级呈负相关(P<0.05),VEGF的阳性表达以及MVD值,随着胃癌分化程度的降低而增高。以上结果提示,VEGF可引起瘤内MVD增多,促进肿瘤的生长和转移。检测VEGF表达强度,可以作为判定胃癌转移潜能及评价预后的指标。
To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in gastric cancer tissue, immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect VEGF and MVD in 40 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric tissue Detection. The results showed that: 1, all negative VEGF expression in normal gastric tissue. The positive expression rate of VEGF in gastric cancer tissue was 62.5%, the expression of VEGF was significantly different from the histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The positive expression of VEGF and the level of MVD in gastric cancer tissues were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) (P <0.05). But negatively correlated with histological grade (P <0.05). The positive expression of VEGF and MVD increased with the differentiation of gastric cancer. The above results suggest that VEGF can cause increased MVD in the tumor and promote tumor growth and metastasis. Detecting the intensity of VEGF expression can be used as an indicator of gastric cancer metastasis potential and prognosis.
