目的:了解青海省海东地区乡镇卫生院工作现状,为制定基层卫生发展政策提供科学依据。方法:随机抽取青海省海东地区所属3县18个乡镇卫生院相关人员进行访谈和问卷调查。结果:被调查乡镇每千人拥有卫生人员数0.63;以女性为主(性别比为1:1.60);平均年龄为(35.16±13.82)岁;平均从业时间为(17.63±9.75)年。学历以中专及以下和大专学历为主,职称以初级和无职称为主(均接近或超过60%);医护比为1:0.45。招聘人员所占比重较大(32.8%),无证行医现象严重(41.81%)。不同专业每人日均工作量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。工作时间最长的是兼职人员,其次依次为药剂、医生、护士和检验人员。结论:青海省乡镇卫生院卫生人员数量不足;卫生人员年龄、学历、职称低,性别比不合理;无证行医人员所占比重较大;卫生队伍相对不稳定;人员配置不合理,且工作中存在相互交叉,卫生人员的工作量不饱满。
Objective: To understand the status quo of township hospitals in Haidong, Qinghai Province and to provide a scientific basis for formulating grass-roots health development policies. Methods: Relevant personnel from 18 township hospitals in 3 counties in Haidong, Qinghai Province were randomly selected for interviews and questionnaires. Results: The number of health workers per thousand people in the surveyed villages and townships was 0.63. The number of health workers was mainly female (1: 1.60). The average age was (35.16 ± 13.82) years. The average working time was (17.63 ± 9.75) years. Degree and secondary education and college diploma-based, primary and secondary titles with the main title (both close to or more than 60%); health care ratio of 1: 0.45. Recruiting staff accounted for a large proportion (32.8%), undocumented practicing serious (41.81%). The average daily work load of different majors was statistically significant (P <0.01). The longest working hours were part-time workers, followed by pharmacy, doctor, nurse and examiner. Conclusions: The number of health workers in township hospitals in Qinghai Province is not enough; the age, educational background, job title of health workers are low, the sex ratio is unreasonable, the proportion of undocumented practitioners is relatively large, the health team is relatively unstable, the staffing is unreasonable, The existence of cross-fertilization, hygienist’s workload is not full.
