工业化过程是动态、渐进的,可以按人均国民收入、产业产值与就业结构、霍夫曼比例等标准再分成若干阶段。本文考虑到东北地区工业化的特殊性以及东北经济发展的现时状况,综合分析各项指标后得出:辽宁省处于工业化后期,而吉林省和黑龙江省还处于工业化中期,但是第三产业所占比重偏低。
