绩效考核是人力资源管理中不可或缺的重要组成部分。本文参考当前我国普通高校绩效考核的模式,结合部分学校的实际,阐述了基于目标管理的高校教师绩效考核体系的设计思想和基本原则,并确定了建立绩效指标的步骤,最终设计了适合普通高校的教师绩效考核指标体系,用以科学合理地考核教师工作。“,”Performance appraisal is the indispensable part in personnel management. Based on the college performance appraisal pattern and practice, the paper discusses the designing method and basic principle about college teachers’ performance appraisal system in object-management perspective, establishing the process of performance indicators as well. Finally, the reasonable index system of college teachers’ performance appraisal formed, which can be use to evaluate college teacher s’ performance.
