自动图象分析技术能精确测定人视神经轴突数及轴突直径。正常人视神经轴突数随年龄增长而减少,而在青光眼和早老性痴呆则显示直径大的轴突首先丧失。盘沿面积比杯盘比更能预测视神经的健康状况。在视盘大的眼其盘沿面积也大,因此据视盘大小不同,正常盘沿面积变异范围较大。本研究目的是要确定是否大视盘轴突数较多才使得盘沿面积较大。方法:16只用于角膜移植的眼球,供者年龄32~70岁(59±11岁)2.5%戊二醛(含0.1M二甲胂酸钠缓冲液)预固定,视神经以切口标记定向,自球后1mm处
Automatic image analysis technology can accurately determine the number of axons and axon diameters. The number of optic nerve axons in normal subjects decreases with age, whereas in glaucoma and Alzheimer’s disease the axons with large diameters are first lost. Disk area ratio is more predictive of the optic nerve health than the cup-to-disk ratio. Large disk in the optic disc along its area is also large, so different depending on the size of the optical disc, the normal disc along the larger area of variation. The purpose of this study was to determine if the greater number of optic disc axles resulted in a larger area along the disc. METHODS: Sixteen eyes were used for corneal transplantation.
