做好教师要遵循“适度”的原则,准确把握好“度”:首先工作目标要有高度。要敬业、勤业和乐业,要在工作岗位上苦着累着并快乐着,要理解、尊重和关爱学生。其次干工作要有热度。工作中要学会转变教育观念,在教育学生的同时,要不断提升自己的人生价值要把教育教学工作作为自我价值得以实现的最好平台,才会教学相长,师生双赢。第三,教育学生要有温度。要尊重生命自然成长的规律,给生命以温度,让师生的心灵都能在教育中体会到温暖,找到归宿,这应该是教育高效的要旨所在。第四,传授知识要有梯度。尊重学生的个性差异,依据学生的情感发展需求,找准学生的最近发展区,提供丰富多彩、深浅不一的教育,把课堂变成一个传授知识的超市,让学生各取所需。

Third, educate students to have temperature. We should respect the law of the natural growth of life, bring temperature to life, and let the hearts and minds of teachers and students experience the warmth in education and find the destination. This should be the essence of effective education. Fourth, there should be a gradient in imparting knowledge. Respect the individual differences of students, based on the emotional development needs of students, identify the student’s recent development zone, provide a rich and colorful education, the classroom into a knowledge-based supermarket, so that students take what they need.
