作为现代中国文学史上标志性的大戏剧家,曹禺是一个几乎至今无人能够超越的存在。以前学术理论界主要侧重从社会学层面去解释曹禺的创作,虽然精到却失之全面。无法对曹禺于23岁之时便写出了现代戏剧史上里程碑式的《雷雨》等问题作出令人信服的解释。事实上,通过苦闷情怀的诗意营造表达对人的生存境况的追问与沉思,从而谋求消解生命的沉重与虚妄的救赎之路,才是曹禺戏剧卓然独立于现代中国戏剧史以至于整个现代文学史的最根本原因之一。
As the iconic big dramatist in the history of modern Chinese literature, Cao Yu is a place that almost no one can surpass. In the past, the academic circles mainly focused on explaining Cao Yu’s creation from the sociology level, though the essence was not comprehensive. It is impossible to explain convincingly Cao Yu’s remark on the landmark “thunderstorm” in the history of modern drama when he was 23 years old. In fact, through depressing sentiment to create expression of the living conditions of people’s questioning and contemplation, and thus seek to resolve the heavy heavy life and false path of redemption, is the drama of Cao Yu Zoran independent of modern Chinese drama history and the history of modern Chinese literature as a whole One of the most fundamental reasons.
