近几年,随着国家卫生部制度的创新,公立医院的市场竞争在逐渐地发展,为了充分调动医院医务人员的工作积极性,公立医院开启了绩效工资改革。薪酬绩效的工资制度作为医疗机构合理分配收入的重要方式,能够有效激发医务工作者的工作积极性,改善收入分配现象,提高医院的服务水平。本文分析了绩效工资公立医院旧有的绩效工资制度中存在的问题,在绩效工资理论的基础上设计一套较为合理的薪资绩效方案。
In recent years, with the innovation of the national Ministry of Health system, the market competition in public hospitals is gradually developing. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of hospital medical staff, the public hospitals have started the performance-based wage reform. As an important means for medical institutions to rationally distribute income, the pay-as-you-go system can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of medical workers, improve income distribution and improve the service level of hospitals. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the performance pay system in the performance pay public hospitals, and designs a set of more reasonable pay performance plans based on the performance pay theory.
