家长式领导是基于中国传统文化的本土化领导理论,包括权威领导、仁慈领导和德行领导三个维度。选取领导-部属交换(leader-member exchange,LMX)关系作为衡量领导有效性的指标,分析家长式领导行为特征和文化根基,探讨LMX的过程和结构,研究在中国文化背景下家长式领导的各维度对LMX关系的影响机制和效果。
Paternalistic leadership is based on the localization of traditional Chinese culture, leadership theory, including the authority of the leadership, benevolent leadership and virtue of leadership in three dimensions. We choose leader-member exchange (LMX) as an indicator to measure the effectiveness of leadership, analyze the characteristics and cultural foundation of paternalistic leadership, discuss the process and structure of LMX, and study the relationship between paternalistic leaders Influence Mechanism of Dimension on LMX Relationship and Its Effect.
