目的 :探讨蜈蚣对肝癌细胞增殖的影响 ,开拓抗肿瘤的新的治疗方法。方法 :蜈蚣油性提取液加入至肝癌细胞株中一起培养 ,检测其对肝癌细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果 :蜈蚣油性提取液对肝癌细胞增殖抑制率为(82 .2± 8) % ,碘化油及对照组抑制率为 (5 3.4± 3) % ,两者有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :蜈蚣油性提取成份对肝癌细胞增殖有较强抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the influence of centipede on the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and explore a new anti-tumor therapy. Methods: Centipede oily extract was added to liver cancer cell lines together to detect its inhibition of liver cancer cell proliferation. Results: The inhibition rate of centipede oil extract on hepatocellular carcinoma cells was (82.2 ± 8)%, that of iodized oil and control group was (5 3.4 ± 3)%, both of which were significantly different (P <0.05). 0 5). Conclusion: Centipede oil extract has a strong inhibitory effect on the proliferation of hepatoma cells.
