本文以案例解析作为逻辑主线,通过深入分析中国传媒资本运作的操作思路与增值现状,做出了一个基本判断:中国国有传媒的资本之路在历经了15年漫长的探索期之后,正进入以新华传媒为代表的成熟发展阶段。最重要的标志就是国有传媒内容产品的生产与传播,组织机构及业务范畴的扩张,主要推动力转变为不同产业资本之间的互补合作,而不再依重于行政力量和传媒资本自身的内部裂变。这一转化意味着中国国有传媒资本终于走出了自己的路子。
This paper takes case analysis as the logic main line and makes a basic judgment by deeply analyzing the operational ideas and value-added status quo of China’s media capital operation. After going through a 15-year long exploration period, the state-owned media capital channel is entering into Xinhua media as the representative of the mature stage of development. The most important symbol is the expansion of the production and dissemination of content products of state-owned media, the expansion of organizational structures and business sectors, and the transformation of the main driving force into complementary cooperation among different industrial capitals rather than the interdependence of administrative power and media capital itself Fission. This transformation means that the state-owned media capital in China has finally come out of its own way.
