采用真实的复杂应力应变关系进行重轨矫直过程的分析,能真实反映矫直弯曲的弯矩、曲率、挠度的实际变化情况.用相同材料的反复弯曲试验确定矫直过程的应力应变关系,可解决重轨交变弯曲过程中材料特性变化所带来的问题.这一方法亦适用于其它截面的轧材.
The analysis of the heavy rail straightening process by the real complex stress-strain relationship can truly reflect the actual changes of the bending moment, curvature and deflection of straightening and bending. Using the same material repeated bending test to determine the stress-strain relationship of the straightening process can solve the problem caused by the change of material properties during the process of alternating rail bending. This method also applies to other sections of rolled material.
