图书馆是社会公众学习新知识、增长新本领的大学校,是全面建设学习型社会、构建和谐社会的有效手段。加强县级公共图书馆建设,对加快全省文化事业发展,建设文化强省具有重大意义。本文主要从加大对图书馆建设的投入,优化图书馆发展环境;建立新的思想理念,实行网络化服务;深化图书馆体制改革,建立新的发展机制;加强宣传,提高读者的图书馆意识;优化藏书结构,提高特色藏书的比例;扩大服务范围,延伸服务领域;加强队伍建设,提高管理能力七方面就如何加强县级公共图书馆建设进行了论述。
Libraries are great schools for the public to learn new knowledge and increase their new skills. They are effective means for building a learning society in an all-round way and building a harmonious society. Strengthening the construction of county-level public libraries is of great significance to accelerating the development of the province’s cultural undertakings and building a strong province of culture. This article focuses on increasing investment in library construction, optimizing the environment for library development, establishing new ideological concepts and implementing network services, deepening the reform of library system and establishing a new development mechanism, and strengthening publicity to enhance readers’ awareness of libraries ; How to strengthen the construction of county-level public libraries in seven aspects, such as optimizing the structure of collecting books, improving the proportion of featured books, expanding the scope of service, extending the service area, strengthening the contingent building and improving the management ability.
