目的 :探讨日月丹胶囊对心血管药效学的影响。方法 :采用高胆固醇大鼠模型 ,观察日月丹胶囊灌胃 7d后对大鼠血清胆固醇、甘油三酯等影响 ;采用大鼠尾容积法 ,观测日月丹胶囊灌胃给药 7d后大鼠血压的改变 ;拉颈处死大鼠 ,分离动静脉 ,接通导管 ,观察给药前后洛氏液下滴的滴数 ;采用小鼠灌胃法测定日月丹胶囊的最大耐受量。结果 :日月丹胶囊高、低剂量组的血清胆固醇与NS组比较 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白与NS组比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;给药后的大鼠血压与NS组比较呈显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :日月丹胶囊具有降血压、降血清胆固醇、甘油三酯等作用
Objective : To investigate the effect of Sunyuetan Capsule on cardiovascular pharmacodynamics. METHODS: Rats with high cholesterol were used to observe the effect of the rats’s serum cholesterol and triglycerides after intragastric administration of the capsules for 7 days, and rat tail volume method was used to observe the rats after intragastric administration of Riyuetan capsule for 7 days. Changes in blood pressure; Rats were sacrificed by pulling the neck, and arteriovenous was detached. The catheter was connected and the number of drip drops was measured before and after administration. The maximal tolerated dose of Riyuetan capsule was measured by the method of gavage in mice. Results: Compared with the NS group, the serum cholesterol levels in the high- and low-dose groups of the Sunyindan capsules were significantly different (P < 0.01); there was a significant difference between the triglyceride and the high-density lipoprotein compared with the NS group. (P <0.05); The blood pressure of rats after administration was significantly different from that of NS group (P <0.01). Conclusion : Sunyuetan Capsule can lower blood pressure, lower serum cholesterol, triglyceride, etc.
