在实施依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的今天,切实加强对行政执法活动的法律监督,促进依法行政,已成为一个日益突出和迫切的问题。然而,从检察机关开展反渎职侵权和行政执法监督工作中发现的有关情况看,行政机关及其工作人员不规范执法而导致违法违纪,甚至渎职侵权犯罪问题时有发生,严重影响了党和政府的形象。本文通过对行政执法中存在的不规范问题进行分析,并以法律监督为视角对如何加以规范与矫治提出一些粗浅见解。
