研究淬火温度对不同含硼量高铬白口铸铁组织、力学性能和耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明,随着淬火温度的升高,冲击韧度先降低后升高,并在1 000℃淬火的冲击韧度最低,硬度则表现出了相反的规律。硼含量为0.32%的高铬白口铸铁在1 050℃淬火时综合力学性能最佳,宏观硬度为53.6 HRC,冲击韧度为5.2 J/cm2,相对耐磨性为1.020。
The effect of quenching temperature on microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance of high chromium white cast iron with different boron content was studied. The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature, the impact toughness decreases first and then increases, and the quenching toughness at 1000 ℃ is the lowest, while the hardness shows the opposite rule. High chromium white cast iron with boron content of 0.32% had the best mechanical properties when quenched at 1 050 ℃. The macroscopic hardness was 53.6 HRC, the impact toughness was 5.2 J / cm2 and the relative wear resistance was 1.020.
