作为采矿系统中一个结构成分的充填体,目前通行的设计方法是建立在传统的惯例、过去的体验、经验和予先设想的概念的基础之上的。这种方法不允许对各种可能性的相对经济效果进行评价,妨碍新材料和新工艺的采用,并导致关于充填体的研究成果残缺不全。为了克服这些缺点,提出了一个更为合理的充填体设计方法。这一方法以下面五个组成部分为基础: 1.关于充填体功用的叙述; 2.关于充填体反应方法的确定; 3.充填体良好性能的标准; 4.关于充填体反应机理的分析; 5.充填体所需性质的规范以及获得这些性质的方法。对上述每一组成部分进行评选的结果表明:采用这种合理的设计方法,对于如何进行充填体反应方式的分类以及如何确定充填体良好性能的标准,需要认真下功夫加以研究。
As a backfill for a structural component of the mining system, the prevailing design approach is based on traditional conventions, past experiences, experiences and presupposed concepts. This approach does not allow for the assessment of the relative economic impact of various possibilities, hinder the adoption of new materials and processes, and leads to the incompleteness of the research findings on backfill. In order to overcome these shortcomings, a more reasonable design method of filling body is proposed. This method is based on the following five components: 1. Description of the function of the filling body; 2. Determination of the reaction method of the filling body; 3. The criteria for the good performance of the filling body; 4. The analysis of the reaction mechanism of the filling body; 5. Specification of the properties required for filling bodies and ways to obtain these properties. The results of selecting each of the above components show that using this rational design approach requires careful study of how to classify the filling reaction patterns and how to determine good performance of the filling.
