目的研究DR双能量减影对肋骨骨折患者的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析本院2014年1月-2015年12月收治的肋骨骨折患者48例,骨折肋骨192根,采用DR双能量减影法拍摄患者胸部正斜位片,获得DR常规图像和骨组织图像,观察DR常规图像和骨组织图像诊断的结果。结果对比两组患者各项手术指标,观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间以及下床时间均显著少于对照组;两组患者术后均无大出血或脏器损伤的发生;但观察组术后发热例数显著少于对照组;以上差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用DR双能量骨减影骨组织成像有利于微小骨折裂隙的显示,且DR常规像光差凹陷状骨折与骨组织像效果相同甚至更好,二者对于肋骨骨折患者的诊断能力大致相当。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of DR dual-energy subtraction in patients with rib fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis of 48 patients with rib fractures and 192 fractures ribs admitted from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital was performed. DR brachial oblique radiographs were taken with DR dual-energy subtraction method to obtain the images of conventional DR and bone tissue Images were observed and the results of DR routine image and bone tissue image diagnosis were observed. Results The operation indexes of two groups of patients were compared. The blood loss, operation time, hospitalization time and time of going to bed in observation group were significantly less than those in control group. No major bleeding or organ injury occurred in both groups after operation; The incidence of postoperative fever in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group; the above differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion DR dual-energy osteotomy imaging is helpful for the display of tiny fractures, and the conventional radiofrequency ablation fracture with DR is the same as or even better than the bone imaging. The diagnostic capabilities of the two methods are roughly the same for patients with rib fractures.
