研究了碳化硅晶须增强铝(SiCw/Al)复合材料的摩擦磨损行为,结果表明在增加摩擦速度和加大载荷时SiCw/Al复合材料显示出了良好的抗磨损性能。SiCw/Al复合材料摩擦磨损性能的提高是由于晶须的高硬度、晶须的转动及其对铝基体的约束造成的。 ●
The friction and wear behavior of SiCw / Al composites were investigated. The results show that the SiCw / Al composites exhibit good wear resistance with increasing friction speed and load. The improvement of tribological properties of SiCw / Al composites is due to the high hardness of the whiskers, the whisker rotation and the constraints on the aluminum matrix. ●
