小学课堂教学中通过贯彻爱和感恩教育能使小学生身心发展、能力素质发展更加全面。教师应该首先考虑的是差异化对待学生,结合学生特点灵活渗透爱和感恩教育,否则教师会发现自己管理工作越来越累,效果却越来越差。结合当前新课程标准要求,在小学课堂教学中需要高效地分析不同类型学生的差异,了解学生的兴趣和不足,最终采用合理高效的手段促进学生综合素质的提升。
Through the implementation of love and gratitude education in primary school classroom teaching, primary and secondary school students can develop physically and mentally, and their ability and quality develop more comprehensively. Teachers should first consider the differential treatment of students, combined with the characteristics of students flexible infiltration of love and gratitude education, or teachers will find themselves more and more tired of management, the effect is getting worse. In the light of the requirements of the current new curriculum standards, it is necessary to effectively analyze the differences among different types of students in primary school classroom teaching, to understand the students’ interests and shortcomings, and ultimately to promote the overall quality of students with reasonable and efficient measures.
