本文按严格纳入标准选择520例临床听力测验病例,以比较12种声反射推算听敏度方法的准确性,包括2种声反射预估听敏度判读标准(SPAR)、9种相关回归方程和1种双变量散点坐标系统。一般说来,双变量散点坐标图准确率最高(80.87%),但仅能识别听力是否障碍,Lilly方程和Rizzo方程存在推算值偏低倾向,SPAR标准存在预测偏高倾向。同时讨论了年龄、轻度中耳功能异常、重振现象对各种推算方法准确性影响。
In this paper, 520 cases of clinical hearing tests were selected according to strict inclusion criteria to compare the accuracy of the 12 kinds of acoustic reflections to estimate the hearing sensitivity method, including two kinds of SPAR, 9 kinds of correlation regression equations and One Bivariate Scatter Coordinate System. In general, the accuracy of the bivariate scatter plot is the highest (80.87%), but it can only identify whether the hearing is obstructive. The Lilly equation and the Rizzo equation have the tendency of low projection and the SPAR standard has a tendency of high prediction. At the same time, we discussed the influence of age, mild middle ear dysfunction and revitalization on the accuracy of various estimation methods.
