2003年,黑龙江省物价研究所、黑龙江省价格协会,在黑龙江省物价局党组的领导下,认真贯彻“三个代表”重要思想和党的十六大精神,本着促进经济发展的宗旨,结合全省物价工作的主要任务,紧紧围绕当前政府关注、群众关心的价格难点、热点问题,组织全省各行署、市物价局和部分协会理事,采取上下结合、系统内外结合、理论与实践结合的方法,对年初确定的四篇重点价格调研课题(下岗职工再就业收费优惠政策、促进农民增收减负问题、加强县级价格工作、创新价格诚信活动),进行了深入的调查研究,形成了较好的调研成果。本刊陆续将这四篇调研成果刊登出来,供各地在实践工作中参考,以充分发挥价格调研成果指导现实价格工作的参谋作用。
