低位直肠癌在直肠癌中最多见,约占70%-75%,因为肿瘤位置低,盆腔空间狭小,给手术带来了难度。全直肠系膜切除(TME)术作为低位进展期直肠癌手术的标准规范,可降低局部复发率,减少远处转移[1],随着TME推广及双吻合器技术的普及,越来越多低位直肠癌患者获得保肛机会。然而由于吻合口位置低,吻合口瘘是直肠癌术后严重并发症之一[2],本文报道低位直肠癌术后出现吻合口瘘6例患者手术治疗体会。

However, due to the low anastomotic site, anastomotic leakage is one of the most serious postoperative complications of rectal cancer [2]. This article reports the surgical treatment of 6 cases of anastomotic leakage after low rectal cancer surgery.
