Field medical science has important practical significance for the medical support for future wars, which has aroused the widespread attention of military medical circles abroad. Last year, there were a lot of reports on the field medical issues in the Soviet military medical magazine. We will make a brief introduction on several issues for the reference of our military medical service comrades. In future wars, if atomic, chemical and bacteriological weapons are used, not only can the number of attrition be reduced, the law of occurrence can be changed, but also pathological changes in the field will be caused. Such as the possible development of radiosensitizations, new types of military poison damage and unusual infectious diseases as well as a large number of mixed radiological injury and poison mixed wounds. For the first time in the history of military medicine, the direct result of combat weapons will cause a large number of medical staff downsizing. According to theory, this type of injury (we tentatively call it a patient) may reach 40-45% of the total number of medical staff incursions, not only increasing the proportion of medical patients, but also many victims need assistance from medical military doctors. As a result, the scope of field medical work has significantly increased, and in wartime medical evacuation work it will be shared with field surgery
