日本中小学教师“定期交流制度”对于促进日本基础教育的均衡发展起到了至关重要的作用。如何借鉴其成功经验和做法,推进我省基础教育师资队伍均衡发展,本文提出了建设性意见。
The “regular exchange system” of Japanese primary and secondary school teachers plays a crucial role in promoting the balanced development of basic education in Japan. How to learn from its successful experience and practices to promote the balanced development of teachers in basic education in our province, this paper put forward constructive suggestions.
