21只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为输精管结扎组(VG)10只及假手术组(SOG)11只。术后10个月检测前列腺胞液雌激素受体浓度及血清LH、睾酮水平。结果是,前列腺胞液雄激素受体浓度,VG为7.44±3.09fmol/mg pro.,SOG为8.27±3.38fmol/mg pro.,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清LH的结果,VG为2.20±0.38mIU/ml,SOG为2.26±0.16mIU/ml;血清睾酮为2.01±1.07nmol/L(VG)和2.86±0.92nmol/L(SOG),经t检验,均无统计学意义。本实验结果显示,输精管结扎对血中LH、睾酮水平及前列腺雄激素受体均无明显影响。
Twenty-one male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 10 vasectomy (VG) groups and 11 sham-operated (SOG) groups. Prostate cytosolic estrogen receptor concentration and serum LH and testosterone levels were measured 10 months after operation. The results showed that the concentration of androgen receptor in prostate was 7.44 ± 3.09fmol / mg pro and the SOG was 8.27 ± 3.38fmol / mg pro. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Serum testosterone was 2.01 ± 1.07nmol / L (VG) and 2.86 ± 0.92nmol / L (SOG) respectively, with VG of 2.20 ± 0.38mIU / ml and SOG of 2.26 ± 0.16mIU / No statistical significance. The experimental results show that vasectomy on the blood LH, testosterone levels and prostate androgen receptor had no significant effect.
