含蜡高凝原油在注水开发过程中,油井结蜡、水井结垢是一项常见的问题。尤其对于特低渗透油田,在生产中随着井筒温度的降低,蜡组分将逐渐析出,并聚集、粘附在油管壁上,直接影响自然产能本来就低的油井产量。同时,低孔隙度、低渗透率对注入水水质的敏感程度,更易造成结垢堵塞,使单井配注量难以满足。因此,油井采取防蜡措施、水井采取防垢措施,对于维持特低渗透油田的正常生产具有重要意义。
