醛在氨水作用下与碘(1.06 eq)室温反应30 min后,直接与二硫代磷酸二乙酯(1 eq)于90℃反应2 h,得相应的硫代伯酰胺,18例收率76%~93%。苯甲醛或苯乙醛芳环上带供电子基收率高于吸电子取代。操作简单,无需金属参与,实用性强。
The aldehyde reacted with iodine (1.06 eq) at room temperature for 30 min under the action of ammonia and reacted with diethyl dithiophosphate (1 eq) at 90 ℃ for 2 h to give the corresponding thio-primary amide. The yield of 18 % ~ 93%. Benzaldehyde or phenylacetal aromatic ring electron donor yield higher than the electron-withdrawing substitution. Simple operation, no metal involved, practicality.
