针对水罐车加水试压、水泥车试压导致资源利用浪费、试压费用高和手动试压泵试压时压力上升缓慢等问题,研制了SY—Ⅰ型作业井试压装置。该装置主要由增压液缸、三位四通手动换向阀、单向阀、液压管路等组成,与井口的连接采用油管螺纹,与动力源连接采用快速接头,以井场作业机液压源为动力源,以井口水源为试压水源,便于操作。现场应用表明,作业机的输出压力一般控制在6~10MPa,对2000m井深的油管柱,试压装置输出压力表显示起压至10MPa一般只需15min,满足现场油管柱的试压检测要求。
In view of water tank pressure test, cement truck pressure test led to the waste of resources, high pressure test pressure and manual pressure test pump pressure rise slowly and so on, developed a pressure test device SY-Ⅰ type wells. The device is mainly composed of a pressurizing liquid cylinder, a three-position four-way manual reversing valve, a one-way valve, a hydraulic pipeline, and the like, and is connected with a well head by using a tubing thread. A quick connector is connected with a power source, Source for the power source to wellhead water as a source of pressure test, easy to operate. Field application shows that the output pressure of the working machine is generally controlled at 6 ~ 10MPa. For the tubing string with a depth of 2000m, the output pressure gauge of the pressure testing device shows that it usually takes 15min to compress to 10MPa, which meets the pressure testing requirements of on-site tubing string.
