汽车维修行业的岗位和作业任务复杂多样,这要求学生在一定程度上具备集专业能力、方法能力、社会能力、个性能力于一身的职业行动能力。而现阶段中职汽修专业选修课的教学依然过分注重单一技能的培养,忽视了学生方法能力、社会能力、个性能力的培养。针对中职学生自我管理和学习能力相对较弱的特点,在现有教学条件下选用引导文教学法对汽修选修课实施教学是培养学生职业行动能力行之有效的方法。本文以盘式制动器课为例,对引导文教学法的教学实践作具体分析,希望能促进其在其他专业课上的推广和应用。
Vehicle maintenance industry jobs and tasks are complex and diverse, which requires students to some extent have the professional ability, method ability, social ability, individual ability in a professional ability to act. However, at this stage, the teaching of vocational auto repair elective courses is still too much emphasis on the training of single skills, ignoring the students’ ability of method, social ability, individual ability training. In view of the secondary students ’self-management and learning ability is relatively weak, under the existing teaching conditions, the use of guided teaching method to auto-teaching elective courses is an effective way to train students’ professional ability. Taking the disc brakes lesson as an example, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the teaching practice of guided teaching method, hoping to promote its application and promotion in other specialized courses.
