目的研究B淋巴瘤CD23表达及临床意义。方法用SP原位免疫组化方法检测CD23表达。结果20例B淋巴瘤中有18例CD23表达，且与恶性程度及生存时间相关。结论结果支持B淋巴CD23高表达的假设；CD23在B淋巴瘤的发生发展中起作用和该淋巴因子可能对治疗（药理学调节）有重要意义。
Objective To study the expression of CD23 in B lymphoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of CD23 was detected by SP in situ immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of CD23 was found in 18 cases of B-lymphoma, and it was correlated with the degree of malignancy and survival time. Conclusions The results support the hypothesis that B lymph CD23 is highly expressed; CD23 plays a role in the occurrence and development of B lymphomas and this lymphokine may have important implications for therapy (pharmacological regulation).
