B细胞淋巴瘤是发生于淋巴造血组织的恶性肿瘤.以往研究显示,B淋巴瘤的发生与EB病毒有关[1],也与抑癌基因p53失活,原癌基因c-myc激活及细胞周期调节失控有关[2-4].随着研究的深入,又有学者认为,B淋巴瘤的发生是由于B细胞生长分化发生障碍所致.那么,B细胞为什么不能正常生长?文献和我们已有的研究表明,造成这种情况的原因,可能与对B细胞起调控作用的T细胞表面分子如CD4蛋白表达异常有关.因此,有必要对这方面的问题进行深入探讨.我们通过对CD4基因蛋白表达的研究,探讨CD4蛋白的表达在B淋巴瘤发病中所
