目的探讨蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)和c-myc在喉癌组织中的表达水平并分析二者间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例喉癌标本(包括10例对应癌旁正常组织),20例喉乳头状瘤和15例喉黏膜白斑中CIP2A的表达,检测40例喉癌标中c-myc的表达,结合病理资料进行分析。结果 CIP2A在喉癌组织中的表达明显高于喉粘膜白斑、喉乳头状瘤及癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),且与肿瘤的T分级、临床分期、组织分化程度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。c-myc在喉鳞癌组织的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.01)。Spearman等级相关分析显示,CIP2A与c-myc在喉鳞癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.409,P<0.05)。结论 CIP2A与c-myc具有协同作用,共同参与喉癌的发生发展过程,CIP2A蛋白可能是喉癌靶向治疗的一个新靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of CIP2A and c-myc in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CIP2A in 40 cases of laryngeal cancer specimens (including 10 cases corresponding to adjacent normal tissues), 20 cases of laryngeal papilloma and 15 cases of laryngeal mucosal leukoplakia. myc expression, combined with pathological data analysis. Results The expression of CIP2A in laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in laryngeal mucosa, laryngeal papilloma and adjacent normal tissue (P <0.05), and was correlated with T grade, clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis <0.05). The expression of c-myc in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues (P <0.01). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of CIP2A and c-myc in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was positively correlated (r = 0.409, P <0.05). Conclusion CIP2A and c-myc have a synergistic effect and participate in the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma. CIP2A protein may be a new target of targeted therapy for laryngeal cancer.
